Watermark Sampling
I couldn’t decide which yarn I wanted to use for the Watermark KAL, so I tried all that we have available in the shop.
Remix Light is always a good choice. It’s blend of fibers make it airy and comfortable all summer long. It would be great for the short sleeve version. It could also be made long sleeve and work well as a cover up for chilly evenings or well into fall.
Berroco Ultra Wool DK is a good soft wool. it is machine washable, though with all handknits I recommend handwashing to keep them at their best. I also really love how round the yarn is and how well it shows off the detail of the stitch pattern. It really pops! The only thing to keep in mind with superwash is that it can grow after washing, so make sure to wash your swatch!
LavenderSheep Yakkity Yak DK is definitely the luxury choice. The yarn is merino/yak/silk. It feels gloriously soft against the skin and is warm enough to make a good spring/fall sweater as well.
Help me decide! Which would you choose?
